Minimum Orders - Vinyl Gruv does not have a minimum order.  It is recommended that you order at least 3 titles in order to make the most of the shipping charges.

Domestic Orders - All domestic orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day given that the order can be filled, otherwise it will ship the next day.  Customers that order items which are not in stock will be notified by email or phone of all missing items.  Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS, being the fastest and most economical means of shipping. 

Payment for domestic orders should be with a  major credit card.  We provide a secure shopping cart for your protection.  As an alternative, we can accept payment via PayPal.  For PayPal, after order has been placed, you will receive an email indicating the exact costs along with payment instructions.  COD orders are not available at this time.

*NOTE - Payments via PayPal are subject to a 4% fee.

International Orders - We do accept International orders.  Note: All orders placed from outside the US must use PayPal as the form of payment.  Setup on PayPal is free any easy.  PayPal orders will be notified by email the information needed to forward payment.  Shipping of all Int'l orders will be done via USPS.  Int'l orders will ship as soon as payment has cleared.

Special Orders - If you have any special items that you do not find on our site, do not hesitate to contact us in order to track it down for you.  Send all requests to info@vinylgruv.com.

All Orders - Once you place your order, an email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of the order.

Shipping Costs - If you would like to get an estimate of your shipping costs, you can use the following guidelines.  The average weight of the shipment is approximately 1 lb for the packaging and 1/2 lb for each record.  Example: 4 records would approximately weigh 3 lbs for shipping.  Prices can be gathered from UPS Online and entering our zip 08527 and your zip, along with the approximate weight.  *Note - there is a $2.00 charge to cover the cost of handling in addition to the shipping charge.

Box dimensions are typically 12.5" x 12.5" x 2". 

Sales Tax - NJ will be charged 7%.

Order Tracking - All domestic orders will be given a tracking number in order to track their package online.

Inventory - Most titles listed on the website should be considered in stock.  Titles that are at least 1 to 1-1/2 months old should be considered very likely to be in stock, unless the title has sold out through the course of the day.  Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis.  If you place an order on an item that has gone out of stock, you will be notified prior to shipment.

Audio - All items on the site can be previewed using Real Player.  If you do not have the latest player, you can download it here for free.

Return Policy - We will gladly take back any DEFECTIVE merchandise.  This does not include damage due to use or neglect.  We reserve the right to discriminate all return claims.
